You can order a test on our website and mobile apps (iOS and Android). Enter a pickup time and location and our certified phlebotomist will come to collect the required sample for tests. You'll be notified when your test result has been uploaded for viewing on your MyItura account.
On MyItura, you can book a wide range of medical tests to address your healthcare needs. We offer various medical tests, including but not limited to blood tests, urinalysis, CD4 count, HIV/ AIDS, and prostate cancer test. Log onto your account to see a list of our current test offerings. We continually update our test offerings; reach out through our support page to make specific test requests not listed.
Requesting a consultation with a doctor on MyItura is simple. Log in to your account on our website or on your MyItura mobile app (iOS and android). You can book an appointment to schedule a video or audio call with a doctor, or you can choose to chat with a doctor via text on your MyItura account. Keep in mind that you'll be required to have either the daily, monthly or yearly subscription to consult a doctor.
Yes, all the doctors on MyItura are qualified healthcare professionals. We ensure that our platform is staffed with licensed and experienced doctors who have undergone rigorous verification and credentialing processes.
The Itura on MyItura helps to answer medical questions that you might have. It is important to note that this feature isn't meant for diagnosis. All forms of medical diagnosis will be done by the Doctors alone.
